Lisa Mazur-White
Associate

Lisa Mazur-White brings both a legal and business perspective to merger & acquisition assignments and capital-raising activities. Prior to joining Kensel & Co., Mrs. Mazur-White was a Summer Associate at Casale Alliance in the corporate and securities group where she drafted merger & acquisition, securities purchase, warrant, registration rights, and escrow agreements for multiple clients including a publicly traded Internet technology company. Mrs. Mazur-White also has experience in the renewable energy sector and has advised several wind and solar companies regarding trading and valuing Renewable Energy Certificates (REC's). Mrs. Mazur-White is also the founder of 1 Earth Recycle, a socially responsible electronic waste solutions company.

Earlier Mrs. Mazur-White was an honors intern at the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Mrs. Mazur-White has also consulted on a variety of strategy assignments for small to mid-size companies as well as a growing investment bank.

Mrs. Mazur-White received a B.A. in Comparative Literature with a minor in Russian Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles, a M.B.A. from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and a J.D. from Pepperdine University. Mrs. Mazur-White is a member of the State Bar of California and is fluent in Russian.
