Tom Taulli

Tom Taulli is a well known analyst and author covering mergers and acquisitions and IPO's in the media and technology sectors. Mr. Taulli got his start when he built one of the first financial websites, WebIPO, where he covered the emerging market for public offerings. Mr. Taulli is the author of various books on finance, including All About Short Selling (McGraw-Hill), The Complete M&A Handbook (Random House), and Investing in IPOs, Version 2.0 (Bloomberg Press). Mr. Taulli is a frequent guest on shows like CNBC and CNN has been quoted in the various print media sources such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and The LA Times.

Previously Mr. Taulli taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business teaching corporate finance and corporate law. He has also served on the advisory boards of numerous early stage growth companies including JFax.com, now J2 Global Communications, and Hypermart.net which was acquired by InfoSpace.

Mr. Taulli holds a B.S. in Finance from Cal Poly, Pomona, and a J.D. from Whittier School of Law.
